Keep On Solutions Private Limited is the operator of https://www.keeponsolutions.com ("Website"). By placing an order through the Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations of our service.
All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. In stock orders will shipped within 48 hours. A tracking number will be provided once the product is shipped. We try to maintain accurate stock counts but from time to time, there may be a discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you whether you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.
Keep On Solutions will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and customers are required to arrange their own shipping. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not the value of any shipping paid.
4. Return Process
In order to return an item, please contact our email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order reference number and the reason of return with 14 days. You will be informed of the address which the package is to be returned. Please use a secure logistics provider and provide the
tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
The transit time for all Singapore deliveries is expected to be 2 days. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit between 4 to 22 days. This varies depending on the courier that you have selected upon checkout. We are able to provide a more specific timeframe when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
6. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatch within 2 working days of payment or order.
7. Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
8. P.O. Box Shipping
Keep On Solutions will only ship to PO Box addresses using postal service only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
9. Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
10. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipper.
11. Duties and Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied on the price of the goods displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country. Keep On Solutions encourage you to be aware of the potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Keep On Solutions at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a full refund for the value of the goods paid minus the cost of shipping return. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our above Returns Policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
14. Process for Parcel Damaged or Lost in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed that the parcel lost or damaged.
